..Allah did not make lawful to His prophets in marrying with more than four of the free wives except what his right hand possessed
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer and of forgiveness and peace be upon the seal of prophets and his family, and all the messengers before him and their families, and all the believers the followers to the Truth in every time and place till the day of judgement, after this..
Had been accomplished sending down the limitation of the free wives to four in addition to that which the right hand possess. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{so marry such women as seem good to you, dual, or triple, or quadruple; but if you fear that you will not do justice, then (marry) only one..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã´] 4:3
What Allah the Most High intends from His word:
{marry such women as seem good to you, dual}? This means that after the first wife comes the lawfulness in the dual; He intends two, and triple; He intends three, and quadruple; He intends four.
{فَانكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاء مَثْنَى}
Perhaps companion “Mecca” would like to say: “But what is the absolute evidence that Allah intends from His word dual that it is two?”. Then we reply to him with Truth and say: Indeed the dual is the number from after the singly, then comes the number of dual, and the proof on that Allah intends with dual the number two you find it in the word of Allah the Most High:
{Say: I exhort you only to one thing, that you rise up for Allah’s sake dual and singly; then ponder! There is no madness in your companion. He is only a warner to you before a severe chastisement.}Truthful Allah the Great [Saba´] 34:46
Then you know that He means in His word dual which is the number two undoubtedly, to the fact the singly intends with it the number one, and for that Allah the Most High said:
{Say: I exhort you only to one thing, that you rise up for Allah’s sake dual and singly,}Truthful Allah the Great. We devise from that explanatory-statement the intended from His word:
{dual and singly}; it is the number one and two, thus came the limitation for the wives of the prophet in regard of the free women, so Allah made lawful to him to marry with four only and those whom his right hand possessed, then Allah forbidden for him to change them with other wives even if their beauty be pleasing to him. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{O Prophet, We have made lawful to you your wives whom you hast given their dowries, and those whom your right hand possesses, out of those whom Allah has given you as prisoners of war, and the daughters of your paternal uncle and the daughters of your paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncle and the daughters of your maternal aunts who fled with you; and a believing woman, if she gives herself to the prophet, if the Prophet desires to marry her. (It is) especially for you, not for the believers — We know what We have ordained for them concerning their wives and those whom their right hands possess in order that no blame may attach to you. And Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.(50) You may put off whom you please of them, and take to you whom you please. And whom you desire of those whom you had separated provisionally, no blame attaches to you. This is most proper so that their eyes may be cool and they may not grieve, and that they should be pleased, all of them, with what you give them. And Allah knows what is in your hearts. And Allah is ever Knowing, Forbearing.(51) It is not allowed to you to take wives after this, nor to change them for other wives, though their beauty be pleasing to you, except those whom your right hand possesses. And Allah is ever Watchful over all things.(52)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzãb] 33:50-52
{قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَعِظُكُمْ بِوَاحِدَةٍ أَنْ تَقُومُوا لِلَّهِ مَثْنَىٰ وَفُرَادَىٰ}
{مَثْنَىٰ وَفُرَادَىٰ}
The evidence on the limitation of the wives of the prophet is in the word of Allah the Most High:
{It is not allowed to you to take wives after this, nor to change them for other wives, though their beauty be pleasing to you, except those whom your right hand possesses. And Allah is ever Watchful over all things.(52)}Truthful Allah the Great,so remained the exact number that Allah gave permission to His prophet to not exceed it in the number of his free wives of whom he have gone into them, and who he wanted to marry from the daughters of his paternal aunts and uncles to make up the allowed number of wives or a woman devotes herself (in marriage) to the prophet, and remained the number of women that is not lawful for the prophet from after it, and you find it in the word of Allah the Most High:
{so marry such women as seem good to you, dual, or triple, or quadruple; but if you fear that you will not do justice, then (marry) only one..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã´] 4:3
So how can be that Allah’s messenger Mohammad prohibit them to marry with more than four of the free women then you make lawful to himself to marry with more than four! And it should not be for the prophet and all the prophets to forbid a thing for the believers while they make it lawful to themselves. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{He said: O my people, see you if I have a clear proof from my Lord and He has given me a goodly sustenance from Himself. And I desire not to act in opposition to you, in that which I forbid you. I desire nothing but reform, so far as I am able. And with none but Allah is the direction of my affair to a right issue. In Him I trust and to Him I turn.}Truthful Allah the Great [Hûd] 11:88
And there is no legislation law other than what Allah legislated it to their followers; the believers, and only Allah forbade for the believers to marry the wives of the prophets after them to the fact they are their mothers, thus Allah forbade for the prophets to divorce them from their own selves unless they are guilty of manifest indecency or they request the divorce from the prophets of Allah, and whoever requested from one of the prophets the divorce then he divorced her and allowed her to depart a goodly departing, verily this means that she does not want Allah and His messenger and there is no good in her, surely she just turned back from the belief to the disbelief and she does not want Allah and His messenger, and none of the believers is allowed to marry her, and it is not because she is still of their mothers in fact because she turned back from belief to disbelief, and she does not desire Allah and His messenger, and for that Allah ordered His prophet to say to his wives:
{O Prophet, say to your wives: If you desire this world’s life and its adornment, come, I will give you a provision and allow you to depart a goodly departing.(28) And if you desire Allah and His Messenger and the abode of the Hereafter, then surely Allah has prepared for the doers of good among you a mighty reward.(29)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzãb] 33:28-29
Allah did not forbid for his prophet to marry with other than them if they requested the divorce from themselves, it is then lawful for him to marry of the women instead of that who she requested the divorce, and for that Allah the Most High said:
{Maybe, his Lord, if he divorce you, will give him in your place wives better than you, submissive, faithful, obedient, penitent, adorers, fasters, widows, and virgins.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tahreem] 66:5
Her it clears to you how Allah made lawful to His messenger exchange to one of his wives with a condition that she is the one who requested the divorce, and as for if he divorced her from his own self to exchange her with else than her surely it is not lawful for a prophet to the fact she can never find who would marry her after him, and for that Allah the Most High said:
{It is not allowed to you to take wives after this, nor to change them for other wives, though their beauty be pleasing to you..(52)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzãb] 33:52
And it cleared to you that the number for the prophet's’ wives if it decreased whether she requested the divorce or died then it is lawful for him to marry a replacement than her from the believing women, and only Allah forbade for the prophets divorcing their wives from their own selves for the fact in this an oppression befalls her to the fact she would never find of the believers who would marry her after him; the fact she is of their mothers. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{The Prophet is closer to the faithful than their own selves, and his wives are their mothers.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzãb] 33:6
