الفتوى الحقّ من صاحب علم الكتاب عمَّا يقوله المُصلّي عند الرفع من الركوع في الصلاة ..
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على كافة أنبياء الله ورسله من أوّلهم إلى خاتمهم محمدٍ رسولِ الله، يا أيّها الذين آمنوا صلّوا عليهم وسلِّموا تسليماً، أمّا بعد..
ويا أيّها السائل عمَّا يقول المصلي عند الرفع من الركوع؛ فيقول الله أكبر، فينتصب قائماً فيقول ما أمرنا الله أن نقول:
{{{ وَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ ۖ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا }}} [الإسراء:111].
فمن ثم يكبِّر ويخِرُّ راكعاً للسجود، وسلامٌ على المرسلين والحمد لله ربِّ العالمين.
وتستنبطون التسبيح من قول الله تعالى: {قُلِ ادْعُوا اللَّـهَ أَوِ ادْعُوا الرَّحْمَـٰنَ ۖ أَيًّا مَّا تَدْعُوا فَلَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ وَلَا تَجْهَرْ بِصَلَاتِكَ وَلَا تُخَافِتْ بِهَا وَابْتَغِ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ سَبِيلًا ﴿١١٠﴾وَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّـهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ ۖ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا ﴿١١١﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الإسراء].

The True fatwa from the possessor of knowledge of the Book about what the praying one say when rising from bowing in the prayer
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon all prophets of Allah and His messengers from the first one of them to the seal of them Mohammad messenger of Allah, O you who believed ask forgiveness upon them and salute them with all due respect, after this..
O you the questioner about what the praying one say when rising from bowing; surely he should say “Allahu Akbar” Allah is Great, so he erects rising then says what Allah commanded us to say: {{{And say: Praise be to Allah! Who has not taken to Himself a son, and Who has not a partner in the kingdom, and Who has not a helper because of weakness; and proclaim His greatness, magnifying (Him).(111)}}}
{{{ وَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ ۖ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا }}} [الإسراء:111].
Then he magnifies Allah “Allahu Akbar” and falls kneeling to prostration, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds.. and you devise the glorification from the word of Allah the Most High: {Say: Call on Allah or call on the All Merciful. By whatever (name) you call on Him, He has the best names. And utter not your prayer loudly nor be silent in it, and seek a way between these.(110) And say: Praise be to Allah! Who has not taken to Himself a son, and Who has not a partner in the kingdom, and Who has not a helper because of weakness; and proclaim His greatness, magnifying (Him).(111)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Esra] 17:110-111

A notice with extreme importance:
Surely did not happen the cancellation of (Allah listened to who praised Him) to the fact it is exclusively for the Imam of the praying ones; he says at rising from bowing: Allah listened to who praised Him, and as for the praying ones behind him they say: {And say: Praise be to Allah! Who has not taken to Himself a son, and Who has not a partner in the kingdom, and Who has not a helper because of weakness; and proclaim His greatness, magnifying (Him).(111)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Esra] 17:111, and they say that after magnification (Allahu Akbar) of rising at the erection: {And say: Praise be to Allah! Who has not taken to Himself a son, and Who has not a partner in the kingdom, and Who has not a helper because of weakness; and proclaim His greatness, magnifying (Him).(111)}, then he magnifies (Him) so he falls kneeling to the prostration.
{الْحَمْدُ لِلَّـهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا} [الإسراء:111]
{الْحَمْدُ لِلَّـهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا}
What is said in the congregation behind the Imam should be between the openly-loud and the silent except the Imam’s voice should be loud to alert the praying ones at the bowing and the rising and at the prostration. And I mean loudly where the praying ones behind him can hear him in (takbirat) magnifications and in reciting the Quran except the Opening of the Book so the Imam recites it between the loud and the silent, and that in order the praying ones behind him have chance to recite the Opening of the Book between the loud and the silent in confirming with narration of Mohammad messenger of Allah forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him and his family: [No prayer to whom did not recite the Opening of the Book (Fatiha)] Truthful forgiveness and peace be upon him.
[لا صلاة لمن لم يقرأ فاتحة الكتاب]
But who caught up with praying ones at the bowing and missed the Opening of the Book, let him pray with those who bow a free-gift to his Lord, and that is not counted a bowing and prostration from the obligatory prayer; in fact he completes his prayer after the salutation of the Imam then he rises to complete what he missed; namely he completes the unit that he missed reciting in it the Opening of the Book.
O my beloveds in Allah’s love, have we not said that it is a must delaying the details of the explanatory-statement of the prayers in order the supporters of the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni are not obliged to build a Masjed for them then they become a new group? Have we not said pray as the people of Sunni and Al-Jamaa pray? Except when you pray individually so there is no blame of applying what we taught you. But I bear witness that the reward is greater when you pray with congregation as they pray in order to keep the unity of Muslims and not emerging a new group of Muslims, so you do not be of whom they split up their religion into sects, and each party is rejoicing in what they have. So remember the word of Allah the Most High: {As for those who split up their religion and became sects, you are not of them in a thing..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anaam] 6:159, it is a must of keeping the unity of the Muslims’ rank.
{إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُوا دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُوا شِيَعاً لَسْتَ مِنْهُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ} صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:159]
Don’t you know that the Imam Mahdi folds (the arms to the chest) with who they fold in their prayer and draw-down (the arms) with who draw in their prayer? And I add on the obligatory units, and Allah accepts my prayer, and writs for me the extra units as free-gift with Him, and increases for me a greater reward than if I prayed it as I made it clear, to the fact the keeping on the unity of the Muslims’ rank is more important with Allah, if you were to know. For indeed the splitting leads to failure of the Muslims and departure of their strength then the religion of Islam goes away totally. So pray with congregation as they pray when are in the congregation prayer. and the most important thing that the prayer is free from clay/soil of Al- Hussein, and from associating with Allah so Allah accepts your prayer, it has to be free from association with Allah and from hypocrisy and pressure on the foreheads deliberately to show (Al-Amda) the dark discoloration on the forehead purposely to be said “From frequent prostration”! So he associate with Allah.
I issue a fatwa by the Truth and the Truth that I say with Allah’s permission: Indeed who pressure on his forehead deliberately for the purpose to show (Amda) the dark discoloration on the forehead surely he enters in the range of the hidden polytheism while does not know the he entered in polytheism of hypocrisy, except whom the (Amda) the dark discoloration on the forehead appeared on their forehead without deliberation from them surely their Lord is All Knowing in them and Allah accepts their prayers, O our Allah I just delivered the message, O our Allah bear witness.
And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

ملاحظـــةٌ بالغة الأهميـــة:
فلم يتمّ إلغاء (سمع الله لمن حمده) لكونها خاصّة بإمام المصلين؛ يقول عند الرفع من الركوع: سمع الله لمن حمده، وأمّا المصلون وراء الإمام فيقولون: {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّـهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا} [الإسراء:111]، ويقولون ذلك من بعد تكبيرة الرفع عند الانتصاب. وكذلك الإمام يقول عند الانتصاب: {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّـهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا}، ومن ثم يكبِّر فيخرّ راكعاً للسجود.
وما يُقال في صلاة الجماعة وراء الإمام يجب أن يكون بين الجهر والتخافت إلا الإمام يجب أن يكون صوته مرتفعاً لتنبيه المصلين عند الركوع والرفع وعند السجود؛ وأقصد مرتفعاً بحيث يستطيع سماعه المصلون وراءَه في التكبيرات وفي قراءة القرآن إلا فاتحة الكتاب فيتلوها الإمامُ بين الجهر والتخافت، وذلك حتى يتسنّى للمصلين وراءه أن يقرأوا فاتحة الكتاب بين الجهر والتخافت. تصديقاً لحديث محمدٍ رسول الله صلَّى الله عليه وآله وسلَّم: [لا صلاة لمن لم يقرأ فاتحة الكتاب] صدق عليه الصلاة والسلام.
ولكنّ الذي لَحِقَ بالمصلين عند الركوع وفاتته فاتحة الكتاب فليركع مع الراكعين نافلةً لربِّه، ولا يُحسب ذلك الركوع والسجود من الصلاة المفروضة؛ بل يُكمل صلاته من بعد تسليم الإمام فيقوم ليستكمل ما فاته؛ أي يكمل الركعة التي فاته فيها قراءة فاتحة الكتاب.
ويا أحبتي في الله ألم نقُل أنّه يجب تأخير تفاصيل بيان الصلوات حتى لا يضطر أنصار الإمام المهديّ ناصر محمد اليماني أن يبنوا لهم مساجدَ فمن ثم يصبحون فرقةً جديدةً؟ ألم نقل صلّوا كما يصلّي أهلُ السُّنة والجماعة؟ إلا حين تصلّون فرادى فلا حرجَ عليكم من تطبيق ما علمناكم. ولكني أشهد أنّ الأجر أعظم حين تُصلّون مع الجماعة كما يصلّون حفاظاً على وحدة المسلمين وعدم ظهور فرقةٍ جديدةٍ في المسلمين حتى لا تكونوا من الذين فرَّقوا دينهم شيعاً، وكل حزبٍ بما لديهم فرحون، فتذكروا قول الله تعالى: {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُوا دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُوا شِيَعاً لَسْتَ مِنْهُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ} صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:159]، فلا بدَّ من الحفاظ على وحده صفِّ المسلمين.
ألا تعلمون أنّ الإمام المهدي يضمُّ مع الذين يضمُّون في صلاتهم ويُسْبِلُ مع الذين يُسْبِلونَ في صلاتهم؟ وأزيد على الركعات المفروضات، ويتقبّل الله صلاتي، ويكتب لي الركعات الزائدة نافلةً عنده، ويزيدني أجراً أعظم من أنّي لو صليتها كما بيّنتُها لكون الحِفاظ على وحدة صفِّ المسلمين هو الأهم عند الله لو كنتم تعلمون. إذ انّ التّفرق يؤدي إلى فشل المسلمين وذهاب ريحهم ثم يذهب دين الإسلام برمّته، فصلّوا مع الجماعة كما يُصلُّون حين تكونوا في صلاة الجماعة. وأهم شيءٍ أن تكون الصلاة خاليةً من تراب الحسين ومن الشرك بالله حتى يتقبّل الله صلاتكم، فلا بدَّ أن تَخْلوا من الشرك بالله ومن الرياء ومن الضغط على الجباه بتعمدٍ لتظهر العمدة بهدف أن يقال (من كثرة السجود)! فيشرك بالله. وأفتي بالحقِّ والحقّ أقول بإذن الله:
إنّ من ضغط على جبهته بتعمدٍ بغرض إظهار عمدة السجود ليُرائي بتلك العمدة فإنّه يدخل في نطاق الشرك الخفيّ وهو لا يعلم أنّه دخل في شرك الرّياء، إلا من ظهرت العمدة في جباههم بغير تعمّدٍ منهم فربّهم بهم عليمٌ ويتقبّل الله صلواتهم. اللهم قد بلغت اللهم فاشهد.
وسلامٌ على المرسلين، والحمد لله ربّ العالمين..
