Is it permissible take a credit from bank if you agree to pay additional fees for late payments?

Could you please tell me is it permissible take a credit from bank if you agree to pay additional fees for late payments? Some people have a financial problem, and they take credit from bank to survive (or get financial advancement). I am interested what Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad thinks...And what the grand Quran says about it?

Thank you very much brother for you efforts to answer our questions. As I understand, it's your personal choice order a credit card while you know that you'll pay extra fees (usury) if it requires. Likely, it's like buying cars in the market: Sale person offers his price for a car, and you're agree even though you could buy something cheaper. No one made you to receive credit and pay interest fees and so on (usury). Therefore, the Grand Quran didn't let Imam Mahdi, peace be upon him find that taking credit is prohibited.
