In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Prayers of forgiveness and peace be upon the messenger of Allah, Mohammed, all the messengers and those who have followed them in goodness until the day of judgment..


Dear questioner, a man should not take the daughter of his wife's brother as a wife along with her paternal aunt because the current wife is her father's sister, nor should he take the daughter of his wife's sister as a wife along with her maternal aunt because the current wife is her mother's sister.

This is Forbidden, similar to the prohibition of marrying two sisters simultaneously.
Verily, combining a niece with her aunt in marriage is forbidden in the Book of Allah, similar to the prohibition of combining two sisters in marriage except in cases where it has already occurred.

لا يجوزُ الجمعُ بين بنت أخِ الزوجة وعمتها كون الزوجة عمتها أخت أبيها، ولا بين بنت أخت الزوجة وخالتها أخت أمها، ومُحرَّم ذلك كحُرمةِ الجَمعِ بين الأختين..

أخي السائل، لا يجوز الجمعُ بين بنت أخِ الزوجة وعمتها كون الزوجة عمتها أخت أبيها، ولا بين بنت أخت الزوجة وخالتها أخت أمها كون الزوجة خالتها أخت أمها، ومُحرَّم ذلك كحُرمة الجمعِ بين الأختين ومُحرَّم ذلك في كتاب الله كحُرمة الجمعِ بين الأختين إلا ما قد سلف.
