?O Imam of guidance, what is your say, is there Zakat for a loan (debt) money


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad and his virtuous family and all the Muslims till judgement day..

And the Truth we say:

The money that is gathered for pay back debt there is no Zakat in it at all, to the fact it is not his, and it is only a right of other people, a right he owes it to them and he has to pay it back.

..And peace be upon the sent ones, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

ما قولك يا إمام الهدى، هل على مال الدَّيْنِ زكاة ؟

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على جدّي محمد وآله الأطهار وجميع المسلمين إلى يوم الدين..
والحقّ نقول:
إنَّ المال الذي يتمّ جمعه لقضاء الدَّين فليس فيه زكاة شيئاً، كونه ليس بملك صاحبِه وإنّما حقّ قومٍ آخرين، حقّ لهم عليه في ذمّته يجب قضاؤه.

وسلامٌ على المرسَلين، والحمد للهِ ربِّ العالمين ..
